What the site is

The site describes the Novubase hardware wallet: the device, the way it holds private keys, and the company that publishes it. The briefings are explanations. They are not personal advice about cryptocurrency.

The first-group list

The form on the home page and the contact page records a name and an email so the company can send a place number, a note before the group is called, and a message when the group is called. Sending the form does not create an account on the device, and the website does not take payment. You can ask to be removed by writing to [email protected].

Your messages

You agree to send accurate contact details and to keep recovery phrases out of forms and emails. You will not use the site to break the law, to interfere with the site, or to pretend to be the company.

The device and the phrase

You are responsible for the Novubase you hold and for the paper record of the recovery phrase. The company cannot restore a phrase it never received. Read the glass on the device before you confirm a request. A window on a computer is not a substitute.

Intellectual property

The text, the Novubase name, the logo, and the photographs of the device on this site belong to the company or are used with permission. You may link to the pages. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

Liability

The site is provided as published. The company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, from a failure of email delivery, or from a decision you make after reading a briefing. Nothing on the site limits liability that the law of Texas does not allow to be limited.
